This centre celebrates the life and legacy of Ireland's
patron saint. It houses a permanent exhibition entitled
Ego Patricius (the story of St Patrick).
In June 1999, a time capsule containing messages from
local school children was buried in the building;
it is due to be reopened in 2080!
