Our core ethos of creating exceptional experiences is about continuous development and investment, not only in the physical buildings and service offering, but also in staff training and development.

It was using this ethos that we developed the “Macklin Cog” which has been the foundation of much of our staff development program which has seen us picking up several awards recently for staff development and training including all of the below:
